Refund & Cancellation Policy – InterviewOcean

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service offered on the Platform. All purchases made on InterviewOcean are final and non-refundable.

Once a Transaction has been successfully completed, the User shall not be entitled to cancel, return, or request a refund for any product and/or service purchased through the Platform, including but not limited to digital content, assessments, mock interviews, mentoring sessions, webinars, or any other online services.

InterviewOcean currently does not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, non-usage of services, dissatisfaction with outcomes, missed sessions, technical issues on the User’s end, or personal reasons.

The User acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All services offered are digital in nature and are delivered immediately or scheduled upon successful payment.
  • No refund, replacement, or cancellation shall be initiated once access to the product and/or service has been granted.
  • Any exception to this policy, if at all, shall be solely at the discretion of InterviewOcean and shall not be treated as a precedent.

By proceeding with a Transaction on the Platform, the User expressly agrees to this No Refund Policy and waives any claims related to refunds, chargebacks, or reversals, except where required by applicable law.
